Strong leadership visibility, trust-based relationships, community pride, and alignment of vision with daily actions. Clarify expectations in pedagogy, strengthen survey/stakeholder participation, and better link PD and resource allocation directly to strategic priorities.
Evidence of staff empowerment and collaboration across the district. Family engagement remains a critical area for improvement, both in practice and in data feedback. Additionally, greater clarity and consistency are needed around the implementation of initiatives and how they are communicated and disseminated to staff.
Board use of S-CAP results with salary increase and budget allocations.
