Teachers report they are able to seek out their own PD and the admin will support or send PD info. PD is generally accepted and encouraged.  Calendar reflected teacher/staff recommendationsThe secondary teachers were unclear on professional learning opportunities. Teachers are unclear on flex hour expectations.
Elementary teachers feel there is a lot of opportunity and availability.
Elementary teachers shared they receive feedback from administration, but secondary teachers did not feel they received specific feedback regarding performance from administration. Teachers report the feedback isn’t always meaningful or provides areas to improve.  There is opportunity at secondary for PEER observations.
